Deleting a gym owner account also deletes every member record, attendance entry, fee receipt, expense and diet log stored under that gym. Your members do not get a copy. Export what you need before you delete.
01Delete in the app — fastest
- Open Repzy and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Read the confirmation screen, then confirm.
- Enter the one-time code sent to your registered mobile number or email.
The account is disabled immediately. Data is cleared from live systems within 30 days and rolls off encrypted backups within 90 days.
02Request by email or WhatsApp
Lost access to the app or your login? Send us a request. Fill this in and it will open your email app with the details already written — nothing is sent from this page until you press send in your own mail app.
Prefer WhatsApp? Message +91 73600 99598 from your registered number with the same details.
We verify that a request comes from the account holder before acting on it — usually with a one-time code to the registered number or email. We do not ask for identity documents for a routine deletion. We acknowledge within 48 hours and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
03What gets deleted
- Your account, login credentials and any staff logins you created
- Every member record under your gym: names, contact details, photographs, member IDs, plans and expiry dates
- Attendance history
- Fee entries, dues and expense records held in the app
- Diet and calorie entries logged by you or your members
- Push notification tokens for your devices
- Crash reports linked to your account identifier
04What we have to keep, and why

Retained records are access-restricted and are not used for any purpose beyond the one stated. Everything else goes.
05Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your Repzy account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Google bills that separately, and it will keep renewing until you cancel it:
- Open the Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Repzy → Cancel subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refund terms are in section 7 of the Terms.
06If you are a gym member, not an owner
Your record belongs to your gym, which decides what to keep about you. Ask your gym to delete it — they can do that from inside the app in a few taps.
If your gym does not respond in a reasonable time, write to support@repzy.in with your name, your gym's name and your registered mobile number. We will take it up with the gym, and if it stays unanswered we will act on your request ourselves. Your rights are set out in section 10 of the Privacy Policy.
